Great tasting yoghurt flatbreads.

Ingredients:
To make two flatbreads.
120g Natural Yoghurt.
80g Ordinary white flour.
1 tsp. Baking powder.
pinch of sea salt.
Method:
Mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl, using a spoon first then hands. It will form a sticky dough.
If necessary add some extra flour to stop it sticking to your hands. Kneed for one or two minutes, do not over do it. Allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then separate into two balls for the two flatbreads.
Roll flat with a rolling pin, in one direction only if you reverse the rolling pin material may stick to it. Use extra flour to dust the rolling pin. This gets better over time. If too sticky add flour, if too dry add yoghurt.
Cook in a pre-heated hot pan. Now here gas hobs are best for the heat, ceramic hobs tend to fluctuate up and down so they don't overheat. Cook on each side for about two minutes, it should bubble up and show a slight charring. If using a ceramic hob you will need to do this a few times.
If you watch the video it will help.
