Cheese on toast.

Ingredients:
Toasted bread, I prefer brown bread, but the choice is yours - don't burn it.
Grated Cheddar cheese, or your preferred one.
Butter
Cayenne pepper or paprika.
Method:
On the toast, preferably just out of the toaster, generously butter to toast.
Add the grated Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle the Cayenne or Paprika.
Place under a grill for several minutes until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
Serve while still hot - be careful.
