Ingredients:

500g Pollock or Cod white fish. (Optionally add a piece of Salmon.)
Butter.
Normal white flour.
Milk. ( Skimmed or you can use Coconut milk.)
Mustard and Nutmeg.
Classic white sauce.
Mashed potato.

Method:

Before making the fish pie, have the component parts ready, the mashed potato and white sauce.
(My white sauce is made up of 60g butter, 60g flour and 600ml milk). Watch for my Cauliflower Cheese video on @thecrazychef to see how to make the sauce.

Place the fish which should be broken up into chunks into an oven proof baking dish.
If you want to add any veg such as peas do this now.
Pour in the white sauce and preferably stir into the fish.
Top up with the mash potato and spread over.
Add some grated cheese on top if you would like to.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 190 deg. C
Check from time to time, you should have a golden top.
If necessary for added effect place under the grill for a couple of minutes to make the surface browner.

Notes:

Make sure that the fish has been completely patted dry.
Stir the white sauce into the fish.
Use the grill afterwards for added browning effect.
