I use my Breville Breadmaker to make various types of bread, this video I call 50:50 bread using strong white flour and seeded brown flour. It's not exactly 50:50 but it tastes very light and is not heavy that so many brown loafs are.
Ingredients:
If using a Breville breadmaker it is important to place the ingredients in the following order. Instructions may vary on different manufacturers breadmakers.
300 ml Water.
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt.
1 Tablespoon of Liquid Honey.
240g of Strong White Bread Flour.
160g of Seeded Wholemeal Bread Flour (Spelt can also be used).
1 Tablespoon of Powdered Milk
1 Teaspoon of Yeast (I use Allisons yeast granules.)
Method:
Place into the Breadmaker and set for Number 1, 750g loaf, Medium crust.
Switch it on and it will take around 3 hours to rise and bake.
