Try using Avocados instead of your favourite jar of Mayo. Mayo is ultra-processed but Avocado is natural and more healthy.
Ingredients:
Two or more ripe Avocados, they must be soft but not off.
Ground black pepper and sea salt.
Lemon.
Method:
Cut and destone the Avocados.
With a small bowl and a fork, mash the Avocados into a paste, but you can leave a few lumps.
Add a pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Add a little olive oil if preferred.
You can now spread this on toast or for example dip your french fries into it.
It will last several days in the fridge, but watch it does not go dark.
